We pull our espresso from Olympia Coffee Roasters, award-winning beans roasted right here in town. It's the base for our two most-ordered specialties: the Tikiato, an iced caramel macchiato crowned with coconut cold foam, and the Coco Mocho, a white chocolate mocha with coconut. Local beans, island twist.
